Shipping

This page describes how orders are prepared and dispatched. Rates and delivery windows shown at checkout are calculated for your destination at the time you order.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within one to two business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. If an item is temporarily unavailable we will contact you before dispatching a partial order.

Packaging

Research peptides are shipped in packaging chosen to protect the material in transit. Cold-chain items are dispatched with appropriate insulation and coolant. Because transit conditions are outside our control, we recommend inspecting material on arrival and refrigerating or freezing it promptly according to the requirements of the specific compound.

Destinations

We ship to qualified research buyers within the United States. Requests to ship outside the United States are assessed case by case, and the buyer is responsible for confirming that import of the material is lawful in the destination jurisdiction, and for any duties, taxes, or customs charges applied on arrival.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

Delivery problems

Report a package that arrives damaged, incomplete, or visibly compromised within five business days of delivery, with photographs of the outer packaging and contents. See Returns & Refunds for how these cases are resolved.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has been collected by the carrier, and redelivery costs arising from an incorrect address are the buyer’s responsibility.
