1. Research use only
For research use only. Not for human or animal use. Every item sold through this site is supplied strictly as a research chemical for laboratory investigation by qualified personnel. No item is a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, food, or medical device. Nothing sold here has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals.
2. Buyer eligibility and warranties
By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that you are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research institution, or business, that the material will be handled only by personnel trained in the safe handling of research chemicals, and that you will not administer it to, or permit its administration to, any human or animal.
3. Prohibited uses
You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute material for human or animal consumption, market it as a drug or supplement, or make therapeutic claims about it. We may refuse or cancel any order, and close any account, where we believe material may be diverted to such use.
4. No medical guidance
Nothing on this site is medical advice. We do not supply dosing information, administration protocols, or clinical guidance, and any description of a compound’s studied properties is provided as scientific background only, not as a claim about outcomes.
5. Orders and pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We work to keep listings accurate, but errors in description, price, or availability may occur, and we reserve the right to correct an error and to cancel any affected order with a full refund. Wholesale pricing applies only to approved accounts while signed in.
6. Shipping, returns, and risk
Dispatch and delivery are governed by our Shipping page, and returns by our Returns & Refunds page, both of which form part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.
7. Compliance and export
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your purchase, possession, handling, and disposal of the material, including any import restrictions in your jurisdiction. Do not order if the material may not lawfully be received at your destination.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated on a product page, material is supplied “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any item is suitable for a specific research application.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, and costs arising from your handling, use, resale, or disposal of material purchased here, or from your breach of these terms — including any use in or on a human or animal.
11. Intellectual property
The content and layout of this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted at the time you place an order governs that order.
