Returns and refunds

Why most items cannot be returned
Research peptides are temperature-sensitive materials whose integrity depends on unbroken handling and storage conditions. Once a package has left our control we cannot verify how it was stored. For that reason we are generally unable to accept returns of opened, used, or previously delivered material, and we cannot resell returned stock.
When we will make it right
Contact us within five business days of delivery if any of the following applies:
- The item you received does not match what you ordered
- The package arrived damaged, leaking, or with compromised seals
- A cold-chain shipment arrived without effective coolant
- An item is missing from your order
Include your order number and photographs of the outer packaging, the coolant if applicable, and the item itself. Where we confirm the problem, we will send a replacement or issue a refund of the affected line items.
How to start a claim
Email samradfar@dsglobaldistribution.com or call 310-877-5566 with your order number and the details above. Do not return anything before we have confirmed a return in writing; unauthorised returns cannot be processed or refunded.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take several business days to appear after we process it.
Order cancellations
We can usually cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched. Once a package has been collected by the carrier it can no longer be cancelled, and the delivery problem process above applies instead.
Not a suitability guarantee
Because every item is supplied for laboratory research only, we cannot accept returns on the basis of experimental outcome, unsuitability for a particular research application, or a change of mind after delivery. For research use only. Not for human or animal use.
